1. About Proyojon
Proyojon is an ecommerce platform serving selected areas including Bashundhara R/A, Nikunja-1, and Uttara Sectors 1, 2, 3 and 4. We offer daily essentials, grocery items, healthy food items, household products and selected kitchen/home appliances.
2. Orders and Order Acceptance
- Submitting an order request does not automatically guarantee final acceptance of the order.
- Orders may be reviewed for stock availability, service area coverage, pricing issues or delivery feasibility.
- We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm product availability, delivery details, price corrections or alternative options.
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in case of incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, suspicious activity, incomplete information or service limitations.
3. Product Information
- We try to keep product names, descriptions, prices, stock and images accurate and updated.
- However, packaging, labeling, weight, color or minor product details may vary depending on supplier or batch.
- Images are for reference purposes and may not always perfectly match actual packaging.
4. Pricing and Stock
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Prices and stock may change without prior notice.
- If a pricing or stock error is discovered after order placement, we may contact you to confirm a correction, replacement or cancellation.

At present, Proyojon primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis unless otherwise stated. Customers are expected to provide accurate order and delivery details and make payment upon successful delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements or refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Grocery and perishable items are generally not returnable after delivery except in limited situations such as wrong item or damaged item.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, phone number and delivery address
- Remain reachable for order confirmation or delivery coordination
- Inspect products at the time of delivery where possible
- Report wrong item, missing item or damaged item promptly
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Proyojon will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery, product unavailability, website downtime or use of the website, except where required by applicable law.
