1. Delivery Areas
We currently serve the following selected areas:
- Bashundhara R/A
- Nikunja-1
- Uttara Sector 1
- Uttara Sector 2
- Uttara Sector 3
- Uttara Sector 4
Delivery availability may change depending on operational capacity, route feasibility and product type.
2. Delivery Charges
- Orders below ৳1000: Delivery charge ৳60
- Orders of ৳1000 and above: Delivery charge ৳30
Delivery charges may be revised in the future depending on area, order size or special delivery requirements.
3. Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery timing may vary depending on stock availability, order volume, traffic, weather, holidays and service area. We may contact you to confirm or coordinate delivery timing where necessary.
4. Order Confirmation
In some cases, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm:
- product availability
- delivery address or landmark
- pricing corrections or substitutions
- delivery timing or service area limitations
If we are unable to reach the customer or verify the order details, delivery may be delayed or the order may be cancelled.
5. Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailability
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incomplete address, delivery may fail or be delayed. Re-delivery may not always be possible on the same day.
